Credit should read ©j0eswife or "photo by j0eswife" - please be sure you are using a zero and not the letter "o"

PROHIBITED USES:

You may not:

- use my creations for commercial/financial gain. (Contact me if you are interested in commercial use of any of my stuff.)

- rename my files and/or claim my work as your own.

- add my work to any other collections

- use for obscene, defamatory, or otherwise generally offensive works

- share my work with others via groups and/or email lists without my permission

- upload to personal websites or online file sharing sites

PERMITTED USES:

You may:

- resize, crop, tube, or recolor my work

- use my creations in your tutorials, tag designs, web sets, stationery and wallpaper

- use any of my photos as stock for your own use, as long as you notify me so I can see what you make, and my other TOU's are followed

- use any of my textures/patterns to create elements for your freebie scrapbooking kits

Tutorial writers please email me if you are using any of my work, just so I can see. You may not include my work with your supplies, instead send people here to my DA gallery please.
